What happens after someone pays
Every Kiln product is made one at a time, after the money clears. This page names the machinery: who makes each item, in what window, and where the safety valve sits.
No order has shipped through Kiln yet. When one does, its stats appear on /proof and buyers get carrier tracking at /order, the private receipt link in their confirmation email. We would rather show you zero than a stock photo of a warehouse.
Three moving parts, in plain words
Payment clears first
Nothing is made on spec. A buyer pays through Stripe checkout into the seller's own account, and only then does the order enter production. No inventory, no pre-order escrow, no threshold set in anyone's sole discretion.
Printed and embroidered goods
Made one at a time by print-on-demand partner facilities on the Printful network. The moment payment clears, Kiln drafts the production order automatically. A human reviews and confirms every draft before anything prints. That confirmation is the safety valve against misprints: no reviewed file, no production, no supplier money moved.
Consumables and skincare
Hot sauce, wellness gummies, and facial serum ship from vetted US white-label makers under your label. Every formula and label is pre-reviewed for compliance before it is ever offered. No AI-invented recipes, no unreviewed claims on the bottle.
Every item, its maker, its window
The window below covers production and domestic carrier transit together, and it is the same window a buyer sees before paying. Printed goods typically take 2 to 5 business days to produce; white-label consumables 3 to 7, plus shipping.

Windows are category estimates until real shipments prove them. Once orders ship, the actual made-and-shipped times publish to /proof, per product, zeros and misses included.

Nothing exists until you order it; that is the point. The made-and-shipped window is on the product page before you pay, not in an email after.
Carrier tracking on every shipment
The moment a carrier scans your package you get a tracking number. It lives on your private /order page, the link in your confirmation email, next to your receipt.
Defects are on us
Misprinted, damaged in transit, or the wrong item: replaced or refunded, your choice. Because each piece is made for you, there are no change-of-mind returns on customized goods, and we say that before checkout, not after.
